Acrobatic project affiliation guidelines

This guide outlines the criteria and requirements for affiliating a research project with ACROBATIC.

Project affiliation guideline

  1. The project must be written in English.
  2. Title of the project: The title of the project, eventually along with a short subtitle, should be given.
  3. Which CFA should the project be affiliated with?
    1. CFA1: Prehabilitation and preoperative risk assessment
    2. CFA2: Surgical innovation and technique
    3. CFA3: Survivorship
  4. Project group: Names, affialiations and titles of the project group
  5. Project description
    The project description must include the following sections:
    1. Scientific background of the project
    2. Hypothesis and purpose(s)
    3. Method description, including study design, sample size assessment, and endpoint(s).
    4. Patient involvement
    5. Description of how quality of life and social inequality of the patient is addressed
    6. Ethical considerations and how these are addressed
  6. Collaborators (national including national coverage, international, interdisciplinary, NIs)
  7. Time schedule (milestones)
  8. Practical feasibility (workplace,resources and sufficient potential patients)
  9. Health economic considerations
  10. Clinical and national perspectives
